2: On Chemistry
Jun. 4th, 2024 12:44 pmSo, I just finished a chemistry exam. It's not a final exam, those aren't until next week, but it was a unit test on the largest unit in the whole course.
In my opinion, it was easy but exhausting, in a way. It was an organic chemistry test, which means being given very large organic molecules and being asked to identify their name, or how many carbon atoms are in them, or how long the main chain is.
Whatever it may be, it will be easy if you studied all the rules for naming molecules (like I did), but very, very tiring to go through every carbon atom and see which one is part of the main chain and which is a branch, and that's not even mentioning the fact that you have to count in a different direction depending on which side any branches or double bonds are.
Anyway, I don't have any more tests until the 13th, so that's great :D
